We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged 50% of the service(s) scheduled. Late Policy: We offer a 10 minute grace period. If you are running late, please send us a text to let us know. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. If you are not able to make it to your appointment within the given grace period you will forfeit your appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
